CT Reforma earned its name from “Paseo de la Reforma”, a famous boulevard in Mexico City. The popular boulevard features Mexico City’s skyline, filled with tourist attractions, restaurants, hotels, offices, modern architecture, and art exhibitions. The “Angel of Independence” sits at the center of the boulevard and represents the many victories won and celebrated throughout Mexican history. RESEARCH

Objective: The primary goal was to understand the client’s target audience and identify the best ways to engage them on social media. We aimed to uncover key trends in user behavior, brand preferences, and competitor strategies.

Methods: We conducted a combination of industry research, competitor analysis, and audience insights through social media data. Additionally, we used tools like Google Analytics and social listening platforms to gather relevant data points.

Findings: Our research revealed that the client’s target audience was highly active on Instagram and TikTok, with a preference for engaging video content over static posts. We also identified the importance of a consistent posting schedule to build brand loyalty.

Impact: These insights directly shaped our design approach, focusing heavily on short-form video reels and visually striking content that aligns with audience interests.

DESIGN

Goal: Our design strategy aimed to create content that not only captured the client’s brand personality but also resonated with their audience on key platforms. We focused on balancing creativity with clarity, ensuring the visuals were appealing but easy to understand.

Approach: We developed a series of video templates for Instagram and TikTok, each optimized for mobile viewing. Our design featured bold typography, bright color palettes, and seamless transitions to keep viewers engaged

Outcome: The visually appealing design resulted in increased follower engagement and interaction, with posts receiving more shares and comments compared to previous content.

DEVELOPMENT

Optimization: We ensured the content performed well across all platforms by compressing videos without losing quality, reducing load times, and optimizing captions for SEO. We also made sure the videos adhered to platform-specific guidelines, such as length restrictions and aspect ratios.

Tools & Technologies: The project leveraged Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing, Canva for graphic design, and Meta Business Suite for scheduling and performance tracking.

Performance: The final content not only performed exceptionally well, but also led to an increase in audience reach by 40% over three months. Additionally, the seamless scheduling process ensured consistent posting, further boosting engagement rates.
